We Believe

That big moments should never go without celebrating. Our team is comprised of women who genuinely believe in the joy that comes with celebration, and find great purpose in helping others experience this by taking away the stress of planning. We approach each event as if it was our own.

Our Process

No matter what type of event you’re planning, the steps in our process are very much the same.

No. 1

Let’s get started! Contact us to schedule an initial phone call or Skype session to discuss the services that will best fulfill your planning and event vision.

No. 2

After a fun and detail filled call, we will provide you with a proposal covering all of the items that we have discussed. Once you review the proposal and payment schedule, you can sign it electronically, and make your first planning payment. Upon receipt of the contract and retainer, your date is reserved! This is a simple and streamlined process that makes it easy to book your event date with us.

No. 3

Once your date is reserved, let the fun and planning begin! We will schedule an in-person meeting, either at our beautiful downtown loft, on location for estate or tented weddings, or at a local coffee shop. At our first in person meeting, we’ll discuss what you have in place already and create a plan for next steps. You will leave this meeting with all the important details of our timeline as well, so you can rest assured that your event planning is moving forward and will be successful.

Throughout your planning process we are available daily by email and scheduled phone appointments for your peace of mind. On the day of your event, our goal is for you to feel stress free and ready to celebrate!

Wedding Planning & Design

Our full service coverage is start to finish planning and design to make your wedding completely custom and perfect. On your wedding day, with your Nightingale Events team by your side, you can look forward to simply relaxing, and enjoying time with your new spouse, family and friends.

Wedding Coordination

Our wedding coordination package is for couples who are hands-on when it comes to design, but prefer a trusted professional to make sure everything runs smoothly. For one month before your wedding date, Nightingale Events will be available to be your go-to for organization when it comes to the final details so you can relax and enjoy your day.
